Bookings and Enquiries
Reservation Policies and Procedures:
Arrival & Departure: Your accommodation at the Bendigo McIvor Motor Inn will be available after 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am.
Group Bookings: We offer group bookings for clubs, organisations, groups and tours. Please contact Mick and Sue to discuss packages and further options. We do have bus/coach parking available.
Guarantee Policy: Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit at time of booking. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed with a deposit, a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.
